Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, therefore, we offer a 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

1. Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it: unused and in its original packaging.

If you wish to return the artwork, please contact us at art@jakubgorecki.com. If your return is approved, you will need to arrange and pay for return shipping. Once the item is properly packaged to avoid damage during transit, please send it to:

After we have received the returned product and confirmed its condition, we will process your refund. You will receive a full refund for the product. Please note that return shipping costs are not refundable.

2. Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, contact us immediately at art@jakubgorecki.com so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it.

3. Exchanges

Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges. The quickest way to get the item you want is to return the one you have and place a new order for the desired item

4. Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed immediately to your original payment method. Please note, it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
