1. Seller Information
The online store jakubgorecki.com is operated by JAKUB GÓRECKI, TIN: 5214091327, Dolna 15/22, 00-773 Warsaw, art@jakubgorecki.com.
2. Orders and Payments
Orders can be placed via the jakubgorecki.com website.
A sales contract is concluded when the store confirms the order. The order is processed upon receipt of full payment.
Available payment methods are displayed during the ordering process.
The store reserves the right to cancel an order in case of:
non-payment within the specified timeframe,
a system error resulting in incorrect pricing,
suspicion of actions violating the Terms of Service or applicable law.
3. Shipping and Delivery
The store ships orders worldwide. Shipping costs are included in the price of the products displayed in the store.
Orders are processed and shipped from production facilities located in various regions globally. This ensures that your order is shipped from the facility closest to your location whenever possible, aiming for faster delivery and reduced environmental impact.
Estimated delivery times are approximately 5–10 business days from the shipment date. Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the destination and local shipping conditions.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link which will allow you to monitor the progress of your delivery.
Responsibility for the shipment passes to the buyer upon receipt of the goods, in accordance with Article 548 § 1 of the Polish Civil Code.
4. Right of Withdrawal and Returns
In accordance with Article 38(3) of the Polish Consumer Rights Act and Article 16(c) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive, consumers do not have the right to withdraw from the contract for products made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized (e.g., prints made on demand).

5. Complaints and Damaged Products
We are liable to the Consumer under statutory warranty for defects in the sold goods, as defined in the Polish Civil Code, in particular Articles 556 and following.
If a buyer receives a damaged or defective product, they should submit a complaint within 7 days of receipt by sending an email to art@jakubgorecki.com along with a photo of the damage.
Complaints will be processed within 14 days of receipt. If the complaint is valid, the store will offer a replacement or refund.
6. Intellectual Property
All images, graphics, texts, and other materials available in the store are the property of Jakub Górecki and are protected by copyright laws.
Copying, distributing, or using store content without the owner’s permission is prohibited.
7. Seller’s Liability
The seller is responsible for ensuring that the product conforms to the contract in accordance with applicable laws.
The seller is not liable for improper use of purchased products.
The seller’s liability for damages related to order fulfillment is limited to the order value unless otherwise required by law.
8. Personal Data Protection
Customers’ personal data is processed in accordance with applicable regulations and the Privacy Policy.
Buyers have the right to access, correct, or delete their data.
9. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from the use of the online store will be resolved in accordance with Polish law.
Consumers may use alternative dispute resolution methods, including mediation or the ODR platform available at: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
10. Changes to the Terms of Service
The store reserves the right to amend the Terms of Service, with changes taking effect upon publication on the website.
Orders placed before the changes are subject to the version in effect at the time of ordering. Changes do not affect rights acquired by consumers before their implementation.
11. Force Majeure
The store is not liable for delays or failure to fulfill obligations due to force majeure events, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, governmental restrictions, or failures of payment systems. The store will inform customers promptly of any such disruptions and provide available solutions, including order cancellation if necessary.
